Q. Can I get help individually?
A. We now have a huge volume of needs, and we are unable to respond to each request individually. But in order not to leave anyone without help, we will connect you with a group of volunteers who can help you locally.

Q. What is needed that to get support for a Christian organization or missionary that helps refugees?
A. Please provide us with your full name, place where you are now, contact info for the person who is responsible for the help in your church, what kind of help is provided in your organization, what you need help for?

Q. Can the fund help with the military equipment?
A. As Christians we can’t fund things, that promote more deaths. Our main mission is to help people with kinds of stuff like medicines, clothes, food, etc., that help to survive.

Q. When I get the answer to my request?
A. We do our best to respond to you ASAP, but we are overwhelmed with a great number of questions every day, and that makes it impossible to answer immediately. It could take from several hours to two days to reply to you, but we surely do read all emails and messages. Please be patient and understanding.

Q. If I never heard back from you, does this mean you just ignored me?
A. No, we don’t do that. More likely, we never got your request or tried to reply to you, but the email cannot be delivered. It’s possible that your inbox is full and can’t accept new messages.
